These rates support Section 8 (Ordering and Shipment) of our Terms of Service. Your exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Within Nairobi County

| Standard | KES 250 | Fulfilled within 3 to 5 hours of confirmation. Same-day delivery for orders confirmed by noon. |
| Express | KES 500 | Delivered within 99 minutes. Available weekdays only, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with last orders accepted at 4:20 PM. |
Express is not available on weekends, on scheduled deliveries, or on plant-based (Plantbiotics) orders, which carry a 24-hour lead time.
Some Nairobi locations are priced separately from the KES 250 standard rate — see the exceptions below.
Location exceptions
These areas are charged at their own rate rather than the flat KES 250 Nairobi rate. Some sit just outside Nairobi County; others, such as Karen and Runda, are within it but are priced separately because of the distance involved. If your area is on this list, the rate beside it is what you pay.

Outside Nairobi County
We are based in Nairobi County and ship countrywide. If you reside in a county outside Nairobi, we send your order through your preferred parcel delivery or courier service.
- Courier charges are set by the service you choose and are not included in the totals above.
- Orders shipped by parcel or courier must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Once we receive your order we will contact you using the details you provided, to agree on your preferred service.
- As set out in our Terms of Service, we do not take responsibility for damage or loss arising from the shipping option chosen by the customer.
Scheduling and collection
You can schedule a preferred delivery time at the third step of checkout. You can also collect your order from our brewery at no charge by choosing pickup instead of delivery — no delivery fee applies to collected orders.
