Green Tea Kombucha

Green tea kombucha is closely similar to the original kombucha in that it's made from the same plant (Camellia Sinensis),only that Green tea is processed differently from black tea. Black tea goes through an extra fermentation process whereas green tea does not and hence reserving some few beneficial properties.
